"The Moorpark California dealear is the best. I went like 20 times before I purchased my Sportster 1200 low and every time they answer all my questions without pushing me to buy the bike.
The Parts department is very nice and polite and once again they answer all my questions and are always on time and help me with my ideas. The salespeople are very nice after I got my bike and when they see me at the dealer they always smile and they say hi.
Overall I think this dealer understand what customer service means. Once again, Thanks Simi Harley . "

Andy Chandler was most helpful and patient during the four months it took me to pick out the right bike. Your dealer is not the closest to me, but you're the best thats why I go the extra miles to have my bike serviced by you. Mark in your Parts Department was very helpful in selecting the right look and comfort for my bike. Your Service Department installed the parts and answered all my questions. Amanda and Wayne were most helpful. You truly have outstanding employees working for you. They're helpful and courteous.
