"First of all, I have dealt with every dealership in L.A., none are as welcoming and friendly as Simi Valley Harley. Craig and David are probably the two nicest, non pressure guys you'll ever meet in sales, Paul the GM is a great guy and is always willing to go above and beyond the call of duty. I just bought my second bike, an Ultra Classic Limited from them, I shopped around, but knew from the get go it would be Simi Harley. Shopping around just confirmed I would never, ever go anywhere else. Price, service, shopping experience, Simi has everyone else beat hands down. "I recently purchased a new Harley Ultra Limited from you. Your sales person Paul was very good to work with and he was very responsive to my needs. "On Saturday, 12/19/09 I dropped my 05 Wide Glide off to have some insurance repair work done. I was told that the bike would be ready for pick up on Tuesday, 12/22/09. Several hours later, I recieved a call from Amanda (Simi H-D Service) and was informed that Dana had already gotten the work done and that I could pick it up on the same day I dropped it off. This is the reason that Simi H-D has had all my service business for the last 4 years. I look forward to seeing them through out the rest of my riding years. "The Moorpark California dealear is the best. I went like 20 times before I purchased my Sportster 1200 low and every time they answer all my questions without pushing me to buy the bike. The Parts department is very nice and polite and once again they answer all my questions and are always on time and help me with my ideas. The salespeople are very nice after I got my bike and when they see me at the dealer they always smile and they say hi. Overall I think this dealer understand what customer service means.
